  • Terrible professionalism by showing no respect to the owner. Also, I can't believe the unwillingness to look at my other unit to determine if it needs freon as well. I would've paid the $90/lb for the one unit and whatever the other unit needed but you wanted to nickel and dime me for "looking at the unit". Ended up finding someone else to put freon in for $60/lb and determine if the other unit needs freon without charging me for a 5 minute check. Best of luck getting all of your customers through home warranties because I don't think many customers will ever come back to you.
