  • It was a hot (85 degrees) Saturday morning when I discovered a leak from the ceiling in my garage. I checked whether it would stop when I turned the AC off -- and indeed it did slow down and stopped after a while. So it must be condensation from the inside unit. I called AC by Jay as they have 24 hour service and who had installed a new Water Heater earlier this year and did and excellent job. At 10:00 Jorge Guitierez arrived, checked the AC unit above the garage and diagnosed a clogged condensation line that caused water to accumulate and overflow. He quickly solved the problem and suggested to install a safety float switch in the line to prevent this from happening again. AC by J called before Jorge Gutierrez's arrival. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for excellent weekend service!
