  • My dryer needed a minor repair, so I began searching for an appliance repair company. I called appliance works to find a friendly greeting, but was discouraged that the soonest appointment for my area would be three days away, so I informed them I would call around to find an earlier appointment or call back if I failed. They thanked me and I got to calling. This was on a Wednesday around 3 PM, I called four competing companies and either found they did not answer or had a voicemail system which I left a message for. None called me back at any point so I went with appliance works. They arrived within the two hour window provided, quickly fixed my dryer, charged a fair price, and were polite the entire time. The technician was clean, friendly, and didn't complain that my dryer is in an area without air conditioning, overall a positive experience and the company I will call in the future if I have any other issues.
