  • This place is alright. The location is pretty good so you can just walk or bike to a lot of places. The complex itself is nice but there is a problem with the water shut off like 60% of the time. Although I do have to give a special shout out to Ventura. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ventura plenty of times and he's awesome. He'll always greet me like we've known each other for a long time. He was very helpful when I first moved in and he's been very accommodating ever since.
