  • Came in for an Oil Change, detail, quote for tires and to fix my sunroof. Oil change was the only thing done. Car was not detailed or cleaned at all, even though I had purchased the appearance package when i bought the vehicle. I also requested the detail work when making the appointment, and again when I brought the car in. As for the sunroof, I was told the car was taken for a ride and they did not hear the wind noise, even thought it is very loud. They asked me to ride along the next day, and when I came in I had to wait over 30 minutes to get a technician to ride along, at that point I had to leave to go to work, so nothing was done. I also requested quotes for new tires since even though I just bought the vehicle from Desert GMC Buick, my tires are already bald with only 4/32" of tread left. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, no quotes had been prepared. So out of four services I requested, only one had been done. I live on the other side of town, so I wasted quite a bit of gas to drive my vehicle to the shop, then I was without a car overnight. I am not happy at all, and at this point even though I did buy the appearance package and the oil change package when I purchased my vehicle, I will likely take my car somewhere else to have service done.
