  • It is always fun to splurge when in Vegas. I had the best experience at the store. Sasha helped my friend and I shop for a bag. It was my friends birthday, Sasha brought us champagne to sip while we shopped. I had recently purchased a Michael Kors watch at Neiman Marcus in SF, i told her they had not given me a box when i bought it. She went in the back, got me a new one, and issued me the warranty on the watch. I left with a little buzz, a box for my watch, and a beautiful new bag! That was the best customer service i had ever had. I'll be back!
