  • I've officially fallen in love three times today: first with this salon, second with Christine, and third with my hair. I had actually come back here two previous times, both times left a little less than satisfied. The first time i had come out, I left a negative review on the price and outcome of my hair. Not even a few hours after my review was posted, Kelly Cardenas called me himself to apologize and offered to give me a full refund and a chance to get my hair redone. I could gush on about his professionalism and the way he's chosen to run his salon, but I think his actions speak for themselves. The second time I came in, I think the miscommunication from the first time had continued on, and I again left dissatisfied with my hair. This third and final time, however, I couldn't possibly be more pleased. Although I do still think that the stylist I had the first two times, Jenn, is wonderfully skilled, I definitely will continue to come back here for Christine. I had come in completely distressed and unhappy with my hair, and she really in depth talked to me about what my hair could and couldn't do. I felt much more comfortable with her and that our personalities were much better suited with each other than I had been with Jenn. Christine exudes skill, talent, and confidence. I am totally taken with her and my hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone who's looking for somewhere that's both fun and professional, and I would recommend Christine to someone who's looking for unadulterated skill and wants to feel absolutely satisfied with their hair. I will continue to come back here, regardless of price, as long as it's with Christine.
