  • DO NOT USE THEM! I've used this service before. It wasn't perfect and required me to be on top of follow up issues (e.g. having to email them when they did not attend a court date), but eventually...eventually...it would get resolved. I decided after a while that this service was becoming more of a hassle than just filing the ticket myself, so stopped using them, but unfortunately I still had to deal with a ticket that was left over, and this is where the parking ticket guys really let me down. I received a notice of fine and court fee for the ticket that the parking ticket guys did not end up attending. I began the (unfortunate) usual process of back and forth emails to address the issue. The owner would email me back with one word answers, assuring payment would be made. It was not, so I paid it myself, to avoid a bigger fine. I was assured I would be refunded with an ever changing payment date promised. This has gone on for about a month, and I have given up on ever getting my money back. In total I have paid more than double for my original ticket (original fine, court and fee fine and fee for using this useless service). I thought maybe if I was nice and polite I would have a better response but I don't think you can win with people like this. Completely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. All I can do now is write a bad review and hope I can save others the hassle and money.
