  • Had both my dogs neutered here. Don't get me wrong the staff if friendly and they're both healing great. However, while they examined my dogs they said both their ears needed to be flushed and given ear medicine due to an ear infection. That night I examine they're ears and they had not been flushed or cleaned even slightly. (Which is my fault as well due to just now learning about how to care for dogs ears) When I called the next day to ask if they flushed their ears she explains to me that they didn't want to irritate their ears and clean them but that it would be ok for me to clean them. Don't quite understand why I paid for the service for them both and then it not to be done even slightly, and to have to come home and be told I need to do it. I paid a hefty amount of money there for both my dogs and will do it much differently the next go around.
