  • I cannot explain the amount of anger I am feeling as a result of my experience at this branch. The rep sold me a device (jet pack) and did not explain any of the terms or conditions. I was told another line would not be added to my account and that I could cancel at any time. Again, that only my data would be used, and that I could simply, just not use the device. Billing charges immediately increased and then when I tried to cancel the rep informed me that there was an early termination fee of $175. Unbelievable....I will be moving my entire account. This sales rep was unapologetic, smug, and sarcastic. I have been a Verizon customer with 4 lines for 15 years and when asked if it was worth loosing the revenue over a one time charge she responded with another snide comment. Words will not express the amount of extreme disappoint I feel in the cell phone provider I have had for over a decade. Be careful of adding services to your account at this location as I was steered and ultimately delivered a product by bait and switch tactics.
