  • When we walked in we ordered, paid and the cashier made a mistake so she asked the manager for help. We waited 5 to 6 minutes while a long line formed. The manager was busy helping in drive thru. She finally realized we were all waiting and she apologized. Went to get our drinks and the sweet tea was empty and the Dr. Pepper was watery and no straws. We were called up by our # to be informed they have been out of chicken strips all week so we had to order something else and wait some more. The dining area was dirty and they were short handed on staff. The manager on staff was the only one that smiled and was friendly.
