  • Do not rent from here!!! I reserved online through CarRentals.com. I paid online for car insurance, $18. The rental was to be $23 + taxes. Reserved for 9am. I arrive at 8:55am. I stood in line until 10:05 then served. They let 2 people bud in line. My spine was ready to snap from standing so long. I expressed my pain and disappointment and suggested they use a number system so people can sit and wait. He apologized but you can tell they say it a million times a day because of their poorly run business. Then I'm told the coverage I agreed to online when booking the car is not theirs but they'll accept it and it's only for collision not liability. So because I'm so sketched out about their business practices I agree to purchase to safe guard myself. Another $12. Now I'm told I have to wait 30 mins to get the car. He wants me to sign the agreement for 9am the reservation time but I said I'll sign to the time that I actually get the car and return it at that time tomorrow. Did I mention it took me 1.5 hours in transit to get here? No car company had any cars this weekend in the city. Now my travel and visiting time with family has been shortened. For the love of God and all things sacred, do not rent from this company ever!!!
