rev:text	If you're looking for a house with character and style and want realtors that seriously know their shit, I highly advise against going anywhere but Twins & Co. Jenny was recommended to me when I initially started browsing houses. When I needed to take a break from looking, no one got upset, no one was offended and no one pushed me. When I was ready, Jenny was there. First thing that I really appreciate was her professionalism. She always came prepared to showings with all the information from the MLS listing and prepared me for anything I may need to know beforehand. When it came to paperwork and the house buying checklist, she was on top of it and made sure that I didn't miss a beat and was ahead of schedule for anything I needed to sign, stamp or seal. Jenny was also prepared and a super trooper for real. Need to walk in a monsoon flooded yard to check the condition of the roof... in heels? No worries. Need to go back and forth around a house to find a lock box that ends up being behind prickly bushes? No worries. Need to find out the skinny on a house that you adore but that has a public hearing sign in front of it and the LISTING agent doesn't know why it's there? No worries. She's totally on top of it. She's super nice and funny too. She's totally down to earth and isn't afraid to tell me exactly what I'm in for and what to look out for and point out both positive and negative features of houses and their neighborhoods. Bonus for you mid-century modern lovers because that's exactly what Twins and Co specializes in! And if this isn't enough for you, she is still there for you after the sale. You know.. when your water stops getting hot.. your oven acts up.. and everything in between. She's helped me figure out what's a home warranty issue, what's not and contacted the home inspector to help me out too when an answer was needed. I am positive they put the same effort into the houses they sell also. If you are in the market to buy or in the market to sell, you cannot miss an opportunity to work with this wonderful team. Trust me, you won't find better realtors than the twins!
