  • My newly acquired taste bud now fancy Foie Gras which was delicately made into a brulee here and served with nice warm amazing fluffy bread! This is a must have dish here at Sage. The other thing worth mentioning is the fact they change their menu every 2 weeks here! A lot of the new modern restaurants now do that which is impressive as the chef has to constantly think what to put on his new menu. The only downside of this is that I wanted the corn chowder previously pictured on their Yelp and is no longer offered. Wish they had more soup selections overall. Oh and we got the pear salad and it turned out, it wasn't quite a salad as there were maybe 4 leaves on the plate hah - would not recommend if you're going for more of the traditional salad look. Atmosphere is beautiful and romantic. Nice for a family dinner, a date night, or even an upscale bachelorette dining experience in Vegas.
