  • I was moving into town from out of state, and had a bad experience with another storage place in town (I had reserved a unit, hit some traffic on the way into town, and they refused to see me that day since I wouldn't make it in the allotted 30 minute slot that I had "scheduled" because they asked me to estimate the time I would arrive into town). I called Storage West last minute, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They got me into a unit immediately, and were incredibly kind and helpful during the whole process. Highly recommend!
