  • Clean, bright, casual, sophisticated. Graze offers a great view of The Capitol. It features local farmers and pays close attention to detail. The food was excellent. Beautifully presented and approachable. I got the Trout - and the only complaint I'll give is that it almost was too flavorful! You know what I mean? I think there's a fine line between being bland and overly seasoned. And well - there was just a lot of flavor goin' on! The have a thoughtful beer/wine list featuring local brewers and wineries alike and a creative cocktail list. I would love to come back here for brunch - or even for a romantic dinner. So glad to have found Graze!
