  • Although it's connected to the Hotel and isn't the best looking restaurant and bar, the food and service makes this a great spot in the Calgary downtown core. They have an incredible selection of bourbon and cocktails. I had an old fashions a bourbon cocktail which the best I've ever had. They make their drinks right in front of you with an old barrel and a blow torche - it's pretty impressive! We shared a delicious charcuterie board and tenderloin steaks and a burger as mains. Everyone left quite happy with their meal and experience.
