  • Called yesterday and they were here by 8:30 this morning. Although not good news for me, I really appreciate the honesty of the technician. Very nice guy (Matt) and really talked me through it all. Also gave me some good advise when buying a new dryer. No high pressure sales, just an honest guy. I called this company based on it's Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. If I ever need any type of appliance repair in the future, I will definitely give them a call. Thank you again.
