  • if I could give it less than one star I would. I was in last night and dealt with Jacob, who identified himself as the store manager. Was not only horribly rude to me but so rude to 4 different employees in my presence. He had my poor dog so stressed out, I don't understand how their place is still in business if that is the person who is running it! The staff in the salon were phenomenal I must say. However my interaction with Jacob made it my worst customer experience ever!!!!!! I will not be back, which is a shame for them because I spend a lot of my dog!
