  • They're lucky to even get a star!!!! First of all, do not deal with the sales manager, Gabe. He will scam you and not relent when you call him on it. He lied and screwed me into a deal we did not agree upon. I was there for over 5 hours and well passed closing. I was vulnerable and the staff mad me feel like I got the deal on them... Only to look at the contract the next day and find out everything I was told, was a lie. They waited until I was exhausted to look at and sign the contract. I should have walked out but didn't know better. When I returned to rectify the situation, I was told a verbal agreement is not a binding one and cannot be hold against him (meaning Gabe). What only matterd was the contract I signed (while being exhausted and delirious, btw). He wouldn't take the car back with only 57 miles on it and refused to negotiate a purchase for an upgraded car. He already had me in the most profitable position....
