  • Their billing lacks detail and does not tell you what they did/replaced/fixed - just one fat figure and when I questioned the billing dept they went ballistic! I have a problem with information being withheld when I am paying the bill. Also, I found out the two roofers would sit on the roof smoking creating "billable" time. Not very honest and I still have roof leaks because they didn't fix anything.
