  • Absolutely the worst kind of management, starting with the lying head manager. Used to be an okay place to live in, but as soon as ConAm and its manger took over, it became completely ghetto, and the managers lie to your face. They even like to issue unlawful notices to quit, despite you being on your lease and paid up, because they want to run you out ASAP if you don't renew the lease for a ridiculously high rate that easily is beaten by other places. The manager also loves to illegally retain deposits, even when you have given more than 30 days' notice of your intent to move. So, if you like a place run by thieves, Meadow Ridge is the place for you. I lived there for more than five years, and moved once ConAm and Erica-the-Thief manger took over. In fact, the only positive reviews you ever will find of Meadow Ridge are the ones written by its employees.
