  • Boondocks is a super fun place to grab a drink or two on the weekend! I love their large outdoor space - there's plenty of tables and games to play. They also have a wide variety of specials and drinks, and a killer happy hour. The service is good and the bartenders make strong drinks, which is always nice because a lot of the time I feel like drinks get watered down. The food is decent! Granted, I've only had a few items (like their Mac n cheese or the fried Brussels spouts), but I've enjoyed it both times and it's better than typical bar food. My favorite part about this is their dog-friendly patio, so be sure to bring your pups when you come!
