  • Its 1 star because we couldnt give less!..... if your late for a flight you have to pay to change...... but.... we get on flight around 10am in Buffalo, taxi, they say "maintenance" problem, and next flight is 6am the next friggin day!... take us all off, and wont compensate for inconvenience because we didnt stay on flight!!!!!!, we had nooooooo choice!....after years of United flights, im done, no more, terrible terrible customer service........
