*******AVOID - took an hour to get through a line to talk to Pam who couldn't find our confirmation number. To be fair I didn't have the correct number with me to give to her. She found it after looking at four different computers. I was annoyed and frustrated at this point but Pam didn't snap back at me or anything, she remained calm and courteous. After getting the rental contract, we were sent to a garage where we waited ANOTHER hour and a half in a sweltering heat to get a convertible Mustang. It arrived fresh from the car wash yet dirty inside. I swear when we turned on the air conditioner it smelled like puke in the car. Stains and crumbs everywhere, just nasty. We were so tired from our trip that we just wanted to get out of there and didn't complain. For the price I paid I don't feel like I was ripped off, HOWEVER, I will never rent from Dollar again, at any airport at any price. They are horribly understaffed in Vegas and obviously they don't have enough vehicles to match the customer demand. The only good thing about it was drop-off was quick and easy. As we left the rental car center, I saw again long, long lines of people waiting to be helped. I felt sad for them.
~~~~TIP: pay a few extra dollars and go to another company. I know I will.
