Our flight was cancelled so we needed to rent a car to get to our final destination. The customer service rep at the front desk was pleasant enough, it was the bait and switch scam that occurred when we went to get our car in the parking lot. Once we got there to get our car the next customer service guy who brought us over to the car said we were not insured at the desk where we rented the car and then proceeded to give us three options that came out to well over $150 (for 4 days of rental) for the least expensive insurance he said we really needed. I think this practice is very deceptive not to give you all the fees and information at the front desk and to wait until your getting into the car. I think it's a horrible practice and will never rent from this company again.
