  • Had an employee of mine go run and grab 2 smoothies both Wild Berry Stacks. She has no idea what i ordered, she had handed them the Purple sticky note that had written our order on, they apparently made the correct drinks in there eyes. i order this drink all the time and i have never had it taste like dirt. i had her call back as i was on my way to one stop to tell them that they where wrong they said OK just come back and we will make you the right ones. they hung up. the manager at the time (6/22/2017 at 4:20pm) he said that he had made them right, when they were clearly wrong, and proceeded to try to defend himself, my employee told him that i was on my way and that i would talk to them when i get there. he proceeded to laugh and hang up on her. She called back to ask for a manager because that behavior was uncalled for and if that is what the owners want for management then they have there store being ran by a 5 year old.
