  • I didn't feel like the employees were really dog people and there was a lack of interest and enthusiasm when we met our groomer. While it was very clean and organized, offering a lot of retail products for purchase, for me it was missing a personal touch. My dog felt and smelled clean but his private area seemed to be neglected. His nails were trimmed, but not dremmelled how we expected. They did get us in quickly and accommodated us same day.
