This review is specifically for the Howl-o-Ween event on 10/29/2016. The venue was completely oversold. Took us over an hour to find parking and another hour to wait in line. There were no police or event crew on hand to direct traffic (well we saw one policeman waiting in his truck near the traffic jam, but he never actually got out of his truck or did anything).
Event goers literally were shoulder to shoulder all evening, which lead to alot of feet getting stepped on and children getting knocked over. There may have been fun events and decorations, but I was so focused on keeping my toddler from being trampled that I don't recall much else about the night. Fellow crowdgoers were hostile, as we all struggled to go around each other and navigate the quagmire.
Shame on Phoenix Zoo for not managing their traffic, because they surely made 10's of thousands of dollars tonight.
Will not be back for Zoo Lights.
