I come here for the pedicure that I get from Hanh. The best pedicure ever! However, the "manager" Kim, is rude and "selective" when it comes to who she will service. I mentioned wanting a full set when I first arrived for my pedicure. Kim was the only one who could do acrylics today. As pedi was wrapping up I asked about my full set and was told to come back tomorrow. Mind you, Kim wasn't doing anything. In walks another girl, and guess what? Kim gladly sat her in her chair and proceeded to do a full set. Possible appointment? Maybe, but I doubt it. Regardless, the courtesy of a reason for asking me to return on a different day was appropriate. Not to mention she kept sending messengers to me, and spoke to everyone else directly. I will be back, but only for Hahns amazing pedicures. I'm won't be patronizing them for nail services. Kim needs a lesson on professionalism. Hanh apologized more than once for the treatment.
