  • We had water coming in our house in two areas, one badly enough that it was filling our lighting fixture and smoking. Not good! The Repair Guys responded within 24 hours (other companies said, "Sorry, with all the rain, we're swamped and can't get to you for three weeks"), came to inspect, gave us an estimate, and arrived promptly both days to do the work. They cautioned me that our roof was 18 years old and might have some other problem areas, but they did not try to sell me a new roof. They took 40+ photographs, which they shared with us, of before and after, explaining the problems and how they fixed them. Replaced more tiles than they planned and did not charge me more. I waited through two heavy rainstorms to write this review so I would be sure the repairs worked. They did! Totally happy with their service, price, results!
