  • I went in to buy one thing. Condensed milk .99 with no tax. They charged me a dollar. I told the cashier it's .99 cents. She said it's easier and the computer says it's $1.00 That's not right grrr.. So if they steal a penny from every item that they sale they make millions. And no one cares about a penny. =\ tsk tsk shame on you 99 cents store.
