| - Went to check out a used vehicle I saw online. Initially was not impressed with the lack of knowledge or misinformation that I was given on the pre-owned unit. I understand new car sales reps are not expected to know everything about every car on their lot, but luckily I'm knowledgeable in this area and knew what was wrong/right. Returned the next day to see the same unit and had to (unfortunately) work with the same rep. I ended up driving the unit, took it for an extended time alone and while I looked at some other units around the area (nice tactic, fellas). I was told by the manager to take all the time I need, he worked with me and my wholesale auction knowledge. He was very frank, very fair and didn't treat me like some "Joe Nobody" regardless of my younger age. My biggest issue was that I was either the first or second sale for this rep, he didn't take my trade keys, didn't put on my temporary plate and told me my car had been "detailed" when it was literally just sprayed down with a hose. I had to return to give them my old car keys and had to walk around to find ANYONE who was willing to assist with the temp plate. Guys - I get it's 8:30 at night, you're tired and want to get out, but a sale is a sale and you should be embarrassed at how little attention to detail was given to me. The saving grace? The manager. I cannot remember his name (Black truck) was apologetic while "real" with me. My girlfriend and I both loved you, and while I can see others finding his attitude slightly abrasive, I thought it was refreshing. Thank you for saving what normally would have been me walking to the next dealer and never thinking twice to return. 3.5/5
