  • *get ready for a long (but worth the read) review* ;) I first visited Winks a couple months ago, and I actually chose Winks because of a review I read on Yelp (in particular one that recommended Bronwyn). I've been to Winks 3 times now and I'm happy I listened to that review. Bronwyn is great!! (honestly any one there is good though!) My lashes always turned out how I wanted them, and while sometimes they fall out sooner than I would have expected (i.e. a couple the day after I get them), I have no negative reviews. Prices are about on par with other lash places. I just want to squash some of the negative reviews, in case you are thinking about visiting Winks: a) Yes, the office is small. Yes, there are only 3 chairs in a room and you can hear each other's conversations. But, who cares? It's like being at a hair salon. If you don't want to talk, don't talk. If you want to talk, go for it! Your eyes are closed so even if people talk about embarrassing things, it's not like you can see them or them you. Relax, enjoy the time, meditate. Whatever! b) The ladies that work at Winks are great. They may not always be chatty but I have never experienced them being rude. Everyone has their off days. But I mean no excuses for rudeness still, I have just never seen that. c) Timing. I haven't timed my appointments and I've had both the 30 and 45 min refills. 30 min felt a bit rushed but my lashes still looked great, and 45 min, I don't think the whole 45 min was used but my lashes look awesome - no gaps, no complaints. If you are considering Winks, go! See you guys in a couple weeks ;)
