  • without a doubt cox is the worst communication company. the service is horrible. there is no way you can find anyone to help without being transfere to several states. no one in phoenix, they keep transferring you, to different states ,a nd people that don't know what they.re doing for the past 4 weeks i have been dealing with a situation, that still not resolved, however, you can't reach anyone in phoenix in higher management when you call. no resolution~
