The hotel itself is awesome. Security greets you into the gated area for the hotel and construction being done by the University as it is a pretty sketchy area there. Once we got in the Customer service is wonderful, very helpful at the front desk and accommodating. The lady that helped us made us stoked to have chosen here while visiting some friends at the university. The facilities are great and the pool area is phenomenal. Large pool with not that much depth which was a bummer. The hot tub is huge. Fire pits and lounge chairs all around. Room itself was as if we were in a fancy 4 star hotel. Only issues are that the bathrooms don't lock and the light for the bathroom is outside the door. Good sized rooms.
You are given $10 meal tickets for breakfast in the morning which I was stoked for as they offer a lot of different options for food and drink. Employees were busy chatting and hanging out as we waiting for the to see and help us. Finally able to put our order in of a Vanilla Latte and 2 breakfast burritos. The employees working the coffee had made our drink but just set it on the counter never announcing my name that is was ready after it had to have been there for a good amount of time. We still were waiting for our burritos which ended up taking about 20-30 minutes I bet. Very disappointed in the restaurant as it didn't seem very professional as employees were walking around with drinks and "hanging out" mostly. Would be a 5 five star but the restaurant wasn't very impressive for me.
