  • I had a serpentine belt rip off on the freeway and this is the first place I saw. Limped in and asked for help and wasn't offered anything, no one said anything. No one came to the front office for more than 30 minutes. I had the belt and everything they still would t help me change it. I was willing to pay, willing to hear any solutions. None were given, I had the suburban full of kids that day and they could care less.
