  • After living here for a good 6 months, I think I can write a review now. Positive: - nice kept community - office staff is friendly - maintenance man is great and usually comes the same day to fix something - walls are thick, I never hear my neighbor unless they are opening their garage Negative: - they really need to fix this guard system. It is annoying that the tenants have to wait to get in while a visitor is trying to get in. Sometimes it can be like 5 minutes or so we are just sitting there waiting in line. - Cox is the cable provider and they totally suck. You can get satellite but only if you are facing the correct way. - The BUGS! That is probably my biggest complaint is the numerous and strange looking bugs that are in my apartment. - The pool is nice, but it is not kept clean all the time. Also, BIG complaint here....they allow smoking not only in the pool area but you can smoke inside the pool. That is gross and disgusting and I have to leave with my kids every time. Please fix this!! Ok so with that being said, I do like living here overall.
