  • Disconnected service in October. Still being charged every month even after four months. Wasted a lot of hours with customer care who themselves cannot figure out what is happening. Every month, they promise, I will not be charged again but, yet I was charged. Still, have to receive 270$ from them. They say they cannot refund money until everything is settled eventhough, it was their mistake.
