  • I started with the mozzarella salad, the cheese was very firm. I sent it back. Next up was a margarita with mushrooms. Although the pizzas at Parlor are decent, they are not really wood fired at all. Yes, there's wood in the oven, however if you look into the oven on the right side you will see that it is actually burning gas. True Neapolitan style wood fired pizza is cooked in the range of 800F using only wood. BOTTOM LINE: Decent pizza, but no comparison to PB
