  • I have been trying to have a mattress removed for over a month now. I have over 5 reference or case numbers so far. This all started on feb 12,2018 it is now March 15,3018 and still no mattress pick up. This after several emails confirming pick up... several phone calls promising the mattress will be picked up. Of course it's apology after apology and it's always the other persons fault. Somebody did this or that wrong. Meanwhile nobody is actually doing their jobs at all. So I've found out that they are contacted with the city so they feel no consequences for their lack of customer service... If u can help it stay away from Republic Services THEY SUCK UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIE THROUGH AND THROUGH
