  • THIS STORE IS RUDE TO CHILDREN! Do not go if you have kids. It's an ice-cream store, how ironic Came in for ice cream after a long day, and a little girl in front of me ordered her ice cream. The employee didn't ask the little girl to repeat her order, or to clarify if she was too quiet, and made her the wrong ice cream. The poor little girl was disappointed she didn't get what she ordered, I told the Jenna, the employee making her sundae, that she picked the wrong ice cream, and Jenna was so incredibly rude to the little girl because Jenna misheard her and didn't ask for clarification. She then threw a fit because she had to remake the order. In addition, Ashley, the other employee, was completely dismissive of the entire exchange as I stood there horrified. If an ice cream shop cannot be nice to children I don't know why they are open. We will not be back.
