  • I'd it's wasn't that it's in a place where family's all want some ice cream this place would have closed long ago. The customer service here is actually appalling. Not that people don't wait in line, like suckers. To get to the front to have some rude teenager wait on them - appears to be a Chinese family and all their kids and relatives that work the cash and ice cream scooping. I have live across the park for 10 years and it has continually gotten worse. A month ago on a nice warm day, we were there for $15 for 3 ice creams and my 2 year old needed to pee. They actually would not let me use the washroom. I did anyways. The alternative was worse. Then last time I was there - I asked for a glass of water and they actually would not even consider helping with a little tap water. This was while I was spending $20. I'm done with it. I'll walk the extra block to Safeway and can't wait for Village to open up.
