  • I can only write a review of my first impression and nothing more. First of all, I would not recommend that any rental community ask their prospective residents to be buzzed in through the gate. This is not a million dollar housing community in LA!! Why is the gate not open during business hours!?! To me, that was cold and unwelcoming. Second, when we walked into the leasing office ( after of course having to be buzzed in through the gate ) NO ONE acknowledged our presence. We had to stand around, looking for someone to help us, when we OBVIOUSLY just got buzzed in. THEY KNEW WE WERE COMING THROUGH THE DOOR ANY MOMENT!! Needless to say, this was not the community for us.
