| - Be careful of the pricing at the Pharmacy at this location. They've overcharged me by not putting my prescriptions under my health insurance many times!
They had been charging me full price for a prescription I should've gotten 75% covered under my health insurance for months, and they had my health insurance info in their system. When I asked them about it (I hadn't even told them my name or prescription yet at the pick-up counter) they said "oh yes it's going through now, yeah, it's covered". How were they able to suddenly have it go through my insurance without knowing any of my information, including my name? The woman didnt even ask for any of my info to check if I was covered or not, she just printed out a new receipt with the proper price. They were clearly trying to charge me full price on something I was covered for hoping I wouldn't notice, and waiting to be called out before charging the correct, lower price.
A few months later on the same prescription, they suddenly started charging me full price again, despite me telling them I'm covered and have been covered on it for years. The technician was arguing with me, saying that I didn't have insurance. I had to give my info again, and it turned out I was actually covered 100%, but if it was up to them I would've been paying over $50 for it.
Always double check that they are charging you the correct price under your health coverage, otherwise they might try to scam you by charging full price on something you are covered for.
