If they can keep you in the office shuffling you between departments, they will. Every appointment I was scheduled for, they added additional services on top. I feel like they insisted on unnecessary tests just to make more money.
Appointments seem to be like guidelines here... expect to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment here before even being called back to a room. Then be prepared to wait another 30 + minutes before you see a provider.
As a patient with chronic pain, they don't really seem to listen to me. I feel like the docs spend more time filling out checkboxes on the computer than looking at me.
They schedule injections that do nothing and then tell you that you need several more sets of them to make any difference. Even when you tell them it seems to be causing more pain they seem to believe that that Injections are the miracle cure.
They do not prescribe ANY kind of pain medication here.
Front office is disorganised and dismissive.
