  • Pleasant Car Buying Experience...no that's not an oxymoron! I went to the dealership several weeks ago alone with my 8 month old daughter. I figured I would just take a peek at the trunk space and see of a thing caught my eye. Enter Bill Jenkins, the friendliest car salesman I've ever met! He actually listened to everything that I asked for and he had me in a rest drive that day. He helped move the carseat and off we went. I knew right away that I wanted this car but needed to convince my husband. We went back about a week later, without an appointment (shame on us). The sales manager said he would call Bill and he came right in to help us. Later I found out that he had called in ill but he still came in to make sure we were taken care of. He went through everything again with my husband and then we went inside to do the paperwork. I felt that the dealership was extremely fair with my trade in and they also negotiated the price on the car down to my husband's liking. We did have to wait quite a while (there were a few others ahead of us) but even the wait was pleasant. A week later and I love everything about my car! So happy with my purchase!
