  • New awesome spin studio! I went to their opening a few weeks ago and have been back at least once a week since. Their instructors/team are super nice and make sure you feel comfortable each time you go. When you sign up online you pick which bike you want, your shoe size, and can choose to be a part of the Torqboard. This is where u can choose a nickname and it'll show throughout class where you are ranked. You think it'd be intimidating but it's awesome cuz you can see where u rank against the others or you can just try and beat your last ride. Torq is the resistance and the instructors will say what torq you should be at, and it's only a guide (I'm usually at the lower end cuz I'm just getting used to this). The instructors are super easy to understand, and you're never guessing what your supposed to do. They'll shout out your name and let u know you're doing awesome. The music is pumpin and everyone has a good time! It's a fun atmosphere and having a free banana or apple at the end is nice. And if you forget a ponytail they have them too! Tonight I came in last on the torqboard lol oh well! Like they say, it's "your ride" and I definitely had a good workout.
