  • I went in wanting a trim and new layers(as mine had grown out). The length was maintained but there's a huge piece upfront that's chopped off. At first I thought it was an attempt to frame my face-but it's only the one side. She volunteered to curl it and I see why now-the curls hid it :( very very disappointed!
