  • I'm super picky about how the house is cleaned and have no tolerance for major missed items or things that are repeatedly done wrong. It's so easy to set and pay for appointments online. Although I wish they sent out confirmations closer to the date of cleaning, you do get a confirmation email once you pay. Basically, they show up (every time has been on time) and they do a great job. What's really impressed me is that they make sure everything is back in its place, pictures are set straight, carpets are back where they were. You don't have to come home and go back through your home to re-organize it. Their rates are reasonable. They are responsible with the lockbox and communicating via text, if necessary, while at the house. Bethann has been my main point of contact and she's been great.
